OFFICIAL REGISTRATION RATES
Definitions
Early Bird- Lowest rate available on May 14th, 2022 for the first 100 registrants. All registrations will only be valid upon actual deposit of accounts verified by the DCA committee. Deposits received after the deadline, will qualify for the Full Registration rate.
1st Milestone Registration- This rate is valid from 15th May , 2022 to 30th September, 2022. All registrations will be valid upon actual deposit of accounts verified by the DCA committee.
2nd Milestone Registration- This rate is valid from 1st October, 2022 to 31st December, 2022. All registrations will be valid upon actual deposit of accounts verified by the DCA committee.
3rd Milestone Registration- This rate is valid from 1st January, 2023 to 30th April, 2023. All registrations will be valid upon actual deposit of accounts verified by the DCA committee.
Late Bird- This rate takes in effect after 1st May, 2023. All registrations will be valid upon actual deposit of accounts on-site on the actual date.
N.B: All rates mentioned include all meals and entertainment throughout the chosen period. Accommodation and airfare costs are to be covered by participants. The organizing committee will support in negotiating discounts to provide fair rates in facilitating booking for participants.
