The Rotary Club of Lavington Jioni conducted an orientation visit at St. Brigid's School for the Deaf, Blind & Visually Impaired to assess needs and identify key areas for future support. partner institution and orient their members on the planned areas of transformation.
The objective was to lay groundwork for a transformative partnership. They visited the Thika School for the Blind and gained valuable insights on best practices in special needs education, engaged with over 100 students through interactive games and shared meals and donated 30 reams of Braille paper to support learning materials.

This visit helped them strength understanding of inclusive education needs, fostered fellowship through meaningful service and engagement and set a strong, purpose-driven tone for the Rotary year. We cannot wait to witness the impact they will have on this school!
